Welcome to Missy the Dresser. By renting our dresses or using any of our styling services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. The rental period begins when you receive the dress and lasts for the duration agreed upon during checkout. Standard rental periods are for 3, 5, or 7 days. If you need the dress for a longer time, please contact us in advance to arrange an extended rental.
2. You must return the dress by the agreed-upon return date. If you are late returning the dress, a late fee will apply. For each day past the return date, you will be charged a late fee of $20 per day.
If the dress is not returned after 10 days, we may consider it a purchase, and you will be charged the full retail price of the dress, minus any fees already paid.
3. All dresses are inspected and cleaned before being rented. We expect the dress to be returned in a similar condition. Normal wear is expected, but any damage beyond normal wear, such as rips, stains, or tears, may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
If the dress is returned in an unusable condition, you will be charged the full retail value of the dress.
5. You are responsible for taking care of the dress while it is in your possession. If the dress is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the full retail value of the dress. In cases of minor damage, we will assess repair costs and charge you accordingly.
6. If you need to cancel your rental, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the rental period has begun.
7. Our consultation, custom styling, and event-specific dressing services are offered alongside dress rentals.
These services are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any rescheduling fees.
8. The rented dress is for personal use only and must not be used for resale or commercial purposes. You agree to use the dress in a manner that will not cause damage or excessive wear.
9. All payments, including rental fees, late fees, and damage charges, must be made through our website. By renting a dress, you authorize Missy the Dresser to charge your payment method for any applicable fees.
10. Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information without your consent.
